Currently, 10 Patent Attorneys and one Lawyer, about 25 paralegals and secretaries and one patent engineer,
together about 37 persons are working in our intellectual property law firm. Our attorneys have academic backgrounds
which enable them to provide patent protection for inventions relating to the entire spectrum of technology including:

  chemistry and biochemistry
  computer hardware and software
  electrical engineering
  mechanical engineering
  physics and semiconductor technology

Other areas of activity include trademarks, utility models and designs.

We represent clients before the German Patent Office, the Federal Patent Court, the Federal High Court of Justice in
patent revocation proceedings, the European Patent Office, the European Community Trade Mark and Design Office
(OHIM) the WIPO and the Federal Plant Registration Office.

We are also involved in patent and trade mark infringement, employee inventions and licensing rights, mediation, and
questions of anti-trust law. We conduct patent and trade mark searches, provide technical translations, and are also
called upon to act as technical experts in our specialist fields.

Our firm was founded in 1931 by Dr. Ing. Poschenrieder. Since that time we have been providing services as patent and
trademark attorneys for a large number of companies and closely collaborate with highly qualified specialists. We maintain
alone relationships with renowned legal offices all over the world. We and our colleagues abroad provide solutions to
problems involving industrial property rights both in Germany and internationally. Our offices are staffed with qualified
personnel and equipped with modern computer and telecommunication technologies.

The southern German office of our firm is situated at the seat of the German and European Patent Office in Munich, while
the northern German office is situated in Hamburg.
